NFUNIN11 <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />APPROVE NEQ-NATAL AGREEMENT - MEMORIAL HOSPITAL <br />In a Memorandum to the Board, Mr. Bodnar, Board Attorney, requested the Board approve a one <br />year renewal of the existing agreement for the Fire Department to provide on-duty firefighters to <br />drive a neo-natal ambulance owned by Memorial if the need arises. Therefore, upon a motion by <br />Mr. BonDurant, seconded by Mr. Reed and carried, the agreement was approved. <br />4:> <br />FILING OF MONTHLY STATISTICAL ANALYSIS REPORT — NOVEMBER 2008 <br />Chief Howard Buchanon submitted to the Board the Monthly Statistical Analysis report for the <br />month of November, 2008 compiled by the Prevention/Inspection Bureau of the Fire <br />Department. Therefore, upon a motion by Mr. Bondurant, seconded by Mr. Reed and <br />carried, the contract extension was approved, Mr. Cottrell refrained from voting due to his <br />employment with the University of Notre Dame. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, President Alford declared the meeting <br />adjourned at 9:30 a.m. <br />Donald L.
