REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 23, 2008 <br />Police Chief Darryl Boykins recommended that Special Police Commissions be renewed or <br />issued for the following for the purpose of Public Service Officers. These commissions do not <br />include the powers of arrest or the carrying of a weapon: <br />- Angela Davis <br />- Cynthia DeLeon <br />- Tammi Hohulin <br />- Barbara Holleman <br />- Kathleen Diner <br />- Elaine Rau <br />- Maria Scherer <br />- Janice Taberski <br />- Judy Withers <br />Police Chief Darryl Boykins recommended that Special Police Commissions be renewed <br />issued for the following for the purpose of South Bend Park Department. This commissi <br />does authorize the individual to carry a weapon, carry a South Bend Police Department radio all <br />take police reports in South Bend Park and Recreations properties. This individual is armed: <br />- Steve Orlowski <br />- Darla Hurt <br />- Dave Hancock <br />Police Chief Darryl Boykins recommended that Special Police Commissions be renewed <br />or issued for the following for the purpose of South Bend Parks Department. This commission <br />does not include the powers of arrest nor the carrying of a weapon.
