Helmen, President/CEO <br />QUOTATION: $23,940.00 <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Mr. Relos and carried, the above Quotations <br />were referred to Wastewater for review and recommendation. After reviewing those quotations, <br />Mr. Jacob Klosinski, Wastewater, recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest <br />responsive and responsible bidder, Slatile Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., Inc, 1703 S. Ironwood <br />Rd., South Bend, IN 46613, in the amount of $11,812.00. Therefore, Mr. Relos made a motion <br />that the recommendation be accepted and the quotation be awarded as outlined above.
