• <br /> SECTION VI . Having heard all speakers at the presenta- <br /> tion and hearing on resolution on this 18th day of November, 1985, <br /> and having taken into consideration facts adduced at this hearing <br /> and in documents and presentations of as well as personal investi- <br /> gations, discussions, and consideration by individual Council <br /> members , the South Bend Common Council hereby finds, pursuant to IC <br /> 36-1-10-7 ( 2) , that the acquisition of a stadium facility by <br /> lease/purchase, as petitioned by the fifty ( 50) taxpayers of the <br /> Park District of the City of South Bend, as certified by the St. <br /> Joseph County Auditor, is needed . <br /> SECTION VII.
