I l u <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT- <br /> ING THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE HERETOFORE US- <br /> ED FOR PARK PURPOSES <br /> Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana. <br /> SECTION 1. <br /> That, WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana, is the <br /> owner of the following described real estate, situate in St. Joseph <br /> County, Indiana., <br /> A parcel of land not over 200100 -feet in width in <br /> the City of South Bend, St, Joseph County, Indiana, lying <br /> between the west boundary line of Kreighbaum Park, so called, <br /> and the West line of an alley paralleling and being distant <br /> Westerly at right angles 166.20 feet from the Westerly line <br /> of Lincoln Way East, so called, said parcel of land being <br /> measured not to exceed 100.00 feet at right angles from each <br /> side of a center line described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of Lincoln Way <br /> East so called, which is distant Northerly 22.35 feet from <br /> the Southeast corner of Lot K of Wenger and Kreightbaum Vistula <br /> Avenue Addition; thence Westerly along a tangent line, mak ing <br /> a Northwesterly angle of 89 -26t-00" with aforesaid Westerly - <br /> line of Lincoln Way ast, a distance of 3.56 feet to the point <br /> the right; thence wester- <br /> ly of 6°-001-00" curve to he r gh <br /> of beginning <br /> ly around said 6U-00*-00" curve to its intersection with above <br /> mentioned West alley line, said point of intersection being • <br /> the true point of beginning; thence continuing Westerly around <br /> aforesaid 6°-00t-00" curve to a point on the above mentioned <br /> Westerly line of Kreighbaum Park, which is distant Northerly <br /> 122.27 feet from. the intersection of said-Westerly line with <br /> above mentioned tangent line.
