(14) Describe the proposed project, including information <br /> about physical improvements to be made, an estimate of <br /> the cost of the project, the amount of land to be <br /> used , the proposed use of the improvements, and a <br /> general statement as to the value of the project to <br /> your business. <br /> We will manufacture truck bodies and highway trailers. <br /> The equipment is primarily metal working equipment and <br /> specialized cutting, forming and riveting lines. Land <br /> use area 159, 000 sa . ft. factory. 3.400 sa . ft . office. <br /> All essential to commencement of operations. <br /> (15) The project will create : 60 new, permanent fulltime <br /> jobs , representing a new annual payroll of <br /> $950, 000.00 . and will maintain -0- existing <br /> permanent fulltime and -0- existing permanent <br /> parttime jobs with an annual-payroll of $ N/A <br /> (16) No building permit has been issued for construction on <br /> the Property in connection with the improvement in <br /> question as of the date of filing of this petition. <br /> The signature below is verification of this statement. <br /> (17) The Standard Industrial Classification Manual major <br /> group within which the proposed project would be <br /> classified , by number and description: sic 37. <br /> Manufacture Truck bodies. trailers • <br /> (18) The Property is located in the following Allocation <br /> Area declared and confirmed by the South Bend <br /> Redevelopment Commission: None <br /> (19) Other anticipated public financing for the project <br /> ( including , if any, industrial revenue bonding to be <br /> sought or already authorized , assistance through the <br /> United States Department of Housing and Urban <br /> Development funds from the City of South Bend , Small <br /> Business Association Section 503 financing through the <br /> Business Development Corporation of South Bend , <br /> Mishawaka, and St. Joseph County, Indiana; or other <br /> public financial assistance) : <br /> None at present but we plan to seek Municipal , State <br /> or Federal funds for modernization and expansion <br /> • <br /> -3- <br />
