That the purchase of one automobile ambulance <br />by the City of South Bend, Indiana through its Board of Public <br />Safety from the Scherman - Schaus Motor Comoratirn in the amount of <br />Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty ($3750.00) Dollars, pursuant <br />to the agreement of purchase attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof, be and the same is in all things ratified, confirmed <br />and approved. <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and after its passage. <br />Member of the Common Council. <br />
