That the agreement between the City of South <br />Bend and the citizens of the Town of Ardmore to furnish fire <br />protection to said Town, a copy of which agreement is attached <br />hereto and by reference made a part hereof, is hereby con- <br />firmed and approved. <br />SECTION 2.
