X. Comments by the Director of Golf Operations <br />1. Mr. Nowacki reported that rain has impacted the operations of the golf courses during <br />July and June. <br />2. The fence along the first hole at Studebaker is being replaced due to trees growing into it <br />from the neighbor's side. The Forestry Division has helped to remove dead and dying trees <br />so the fence can be replaced. <br />3. 97 players registered for the South Bend Men's Metro tournament. This is an <br />improvement over past years. <br />XI. Comments by Maintenance Superintendent <br />1. Mr. Martinez gave the Board an overview of the Maintenance Division's second quarter <br />of 2015. <br />XII. Comments by the Director of Marketing <br />1. Mr. Bradley reported that the Park Foundation will meet on August 12. <br />2. Passport to Play was held this past Saturday at Potawatomi Park. There were eighty <br />people attending. <br />3. The Superintendent's Golf Outing will be held on July 31st. We are still looking for <br />teams. <br />4. The ISC tournament will be held on August 8 through 15.
