Section 2 <br />Every person convicted of a violation of any of the <br />provisions, rules or regulations of this ordinance shall be <br />punished by a fine of not more than Twenty -five Dollars ($25.00); <br />for any second or subsequent offense committed within one year <br />after the first conviction of such person shall be punished by a <br />fine of not less than Five Lollars ($5.00) nor more than Fifty <br />Dollars ($50.00), to which may be added imprisonment in the <br />county jail for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, and <br />in the event of a fine being assessed, such convicted person <br />shall be confined in the county jail until such fine and the <br />costs are paid or replevied; pursuant to and in accordance with <br />said Ordinance No. 2853. <br />Section 3 <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its passage and approval by the Mayor4s::L —O{ <br />G n j. <br />� 31 <br />-2- <br />,rtc, meow -r.� <br />Member of Gommon Council) <br />
