RECONVENED SPECIAL MEETING DECEMBER 15 2008 <br />AWARD QUOTE - PORTAGE AVENUE CROSSWALKS - PROJECT NO. 108-043 (COLT) <br />In a Memorandum to the Board, Mr. Rob Nichols, Engineering, recommended that the Board <br />award the above bid to the lowest responsive and responsible quotes, L.L. Geans, in the amount <br />of $38,897.15.
