Area Plan stated the vacation would not hinder the growth or orderly development of the unit or neighborhood in which it is located or to which it is contiguous. The vacation would not make access to the lands of the aggrieved person by means of public way difficult or inconvenient. The vacation would not hinder the public's access to a church, school or other public building or place. The vacation would not hinder the use of a public right-of-way by the neighborhood in which it is located or to which it is contiguous. Therefore, Mr. Relos made a motion recommending approval of the request for vacation subject to a non -access easement on Lincolnway. Ms. Maradik seconded the motion which carried. APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES Upon a motion made by Mr. Relos, seconded by Ms. Maradik and carried, the following traffic control devices were approved: NEW INSTALLATION: Handicapped Accessible Parking Space Sign LOCATIONS: 1313 N. Elmer 1018 N. Brookfield 217 E. Fairview REMARKS: All Criteria Has Been Met DENY TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES Upon a motion made by Mr. Relos, seconded by Ms. Maradik and carried, the following traffic control devices were denied: NEW INSTALLATION: Handicapped Accessible Parking Space Sign LOCATIONS: 609 S. 27"' St. — Paved, flat access from garage in back. Steps in front of house. 920 S. Edison — Existing Driveway REMARKS: All Criteria Has Not Been Met APPROVE REVISED WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT(S) In a Memorandum to the Board, Mr. Caleb Hunsberger, Division of Environmental Services, submitted the following Wastewater Discharge Permit(s) revised to meet new limits and recommended approval: Honeywell International, Inc., 3520 Westmoor St. Noble Americas South Bend Ethanol, LLC., 3201 W. Calvert St. I/N Tek — I/N Kote, 30755 Edison Rd. Imagineering Finishing Technologies, 3722 Foundation Ct, Imagineering Enterprises, Inc., 1302 West Sample St. Suzuki Garphyttan Corporation, 4404 Nimtz Parkway Federal Mogul, 3605 W. Cleveland Rd. There being no further discussion, upon a motion made by Mr. Relos, seconded by Ms. Maradik and carried, the revised permits were approved. RATIFY APPROVAL OF CONTRACTOR BONDS Mr. Anthony Molnar, Division of Engineering, recommended that the following Contractor Bonds be ratified pursuant to Resolution 100-2000 as follows: Business Bond Type yp Approved/ Released Effective Date Dekes Construction Inc Contractor Approved May 28, 2015 Three D Structural LLC Contractor Approved June 30, 2015 T.J. Emsberger Contractor Approved July 2, 2015 Mr. Relos made a motion that the Bonds approval as outlined above be ratified. Ms. Maradik seconded the motion, which carried. APPROVE CLAIMS Mr. Relos stated that a request to pay the following claims in the amounts indicated has been received by the Board; each claim is fully supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy.
