SECTION 5. No entertainment, amusement and /or exhibition shall <br />be given, conducted, kept, allowed or maintained in <br />the places so licensed between the hours of One OtClock <br />A.M., and Two O +Clock P.M., of any day, except on New <br />Year's Eve. <br />SECTION 6. No person who is not twenty -one (21) years of age or <br />over shall be allowed to be in any place so licensed <br />at which beer and /or intoxicating liquor are served. <br />SECTION 7 All women served at a place so licensed shall be served <br />at tables and not otherwise. <br />SECTION 8. No person, firm or corporation to whom any license may <br />have been granted under this Ordinance shall give, con- <br />duct, keep, allow or maintain in the place so licensed <br />any form of entertainment, amusement and /or exhibition <br />which is indecent and /or immoral. Said license may be <br />revoked for any violation of this Section and the licensee <br />shall be subject also to the penalty hereinafter provided. <br />Any such license may be revoked for any violation of the <br />laws of the State of Indiana committed in the place so <br />licensed. <br />SECTION 9. The license ?e herein provided for shall be <br />Dollars ( 2.' ) per annum. <br />SECTION 10. The license issued un the provisions of this <br />Ordinance shall -•Q� transferable. The licensee <br />hereunder lidej§gor s 1 be responsible and held account- <br />able for all t &"�gt ainment, amusement and /or :exhibi- <br />tions which �y --b'e given, conducted, kept, allowed and /or <br />maintained in the places so licensed or connected there- <br />with. <br />SECTION 11. This Ordinance is in addition t> all other Ordinances <br />regulating and licensing theaters, shows, eating places <br />and occupations and not in repeal or derogation thereof. <br />SECTION 12. The Board of Safety by and through its Department of <br />Public Safety is hereby charged with a strict and im- <br />partial enforcement of all of the provisions of this <br />Ordinance. <br />SECTION 13. If any section, part of section, or part of this <br />Ordinance should be declared illegal it shall not effect <br />the validity or force of any other section, part of <br />section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 14.4 Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision <br />of this Ordinance shall be fined in any sum not exceed- <br />ing Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars to which may be add- <br />ed imprisonment in the County Jail for a period not ex- <br />ceeding sixty (60) days and each day's violation shall <br />constitute a separate offense. <br />SECTION 15, Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and <br />W3 legal legal publication. <br />✓i <br />�) r `�` MEMBER OF THE COMB ON COUNCIL OF <br />- THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />
