REGULAR MEETING JUNE 17, 2015 48 <br />explained the provision requiring a public forum is to allow public comment. President Collins <br />asked if there was anybody present wishing to speak either for or against the grant application. There <br />being nobody present wishing to speak, the Board Members thanked Chief Horvath and wished him <br />luck. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />APPROVE CHILDREN'S AMBULANCE STAFFING AGREEMENT WITH MEMORIAL <br />HOSPITAL <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Miller, seconded by Mr. Taylor and carried, the Board approved the <br />Children's Staffing Agreement with Memorial Iospital to provide one on -call licensed driver <br />available twenty -four (24) hours, 365 days a year, for transport of children in the Memorial Hospital <br />Children's Ambulances. <br />REVIEW OF DRAFT DUTY MANUAL CHANGES <br />Attached to a letter to the Board, Fire Chief Stephen Cox submitted an updated Duty Manual in draft <br />form for the Board of Safety to review and vote on at their next regular meeting of July 15, 2015. <br />Chief Cox informed the Board that the Local Union No. 362 was also provided the draft copy and <br />asked to review. He noted as of today, they have had no objections from the Union. <br />FILING OF MONTHLY STATISTICAL ANALYSIS REPORT — MAY 2015 <br />Fire Chief Stephen Cox submitted to the Board the monthly report for May 2015 compiled by the <br />Prevention/Inspection Bureau orthe Fire Department.
