Matt Chappias from Area Plan reported the proposal received favorable recommendations from the <br />APC and from the River Park neighborhood Association. <br />The owner Nathan Rivers was present to answer questions. Two nearby residents Charlie Florence and <br />Lucas Miles spoke in favor. <br />Before making a motion, seconded by Derek Dieter, to send favorably, Valerie Schey voiced support <br />commending the owner for working with River Park neighbors throughout the process. The motions <br />were affirmed by all. <br />Oliver Davis adjourned the meeting at 3:53 p.m <br />
