Exhibit D , <br />referral to a subspecialty physician, physicians in these satellite locations have <br />access to the more comprehensive services of the Clinic located at its downtown <br />campus. <br />The proposed project will at inception, relocate three physician and their support <br />staff from their current downtown satellite office. The Clinic will retain the office <br />being vacated by these physicians as space for a fourth physicians currently <br />practicing, and room for downtown subspecialty growth. Subsequently, after <br />approximately six months, a second downtown satellite office of four physicians <br />will be relocated along with their support staff.
