The Key Number(s) of said property is: 004-1014-0217 <br />A legal description of the above address is attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A," and <br />incorporated herein. See Attached Exhibit A <br />9. A map and/or plat describing the Property is attached hereto, marked "Exhibit B," and <br />incorporated herein. See Attached Exhibit B-1 and B-2 <br />10. Photographs of the Property, taken within two (2) weeks of filing of this petition, are <br />attached hereto, marked "Exhibit C," and incorporated herein. See Exhibit C <br />11.
