2. <br />(c) Milk or cream for the purpose of pasteurization <br />kept at a temperature higher than sixty- five (65 degrees) <br />Fahrenheit. <br />(d) Milk or cream produced from cows during the period <br />of fifteen (15) days preceding parturition, or within such <br />time thereafter as the milk is abnormal. <br />(e) Milk or cream which has been produced, stored, <br />handled, or transported in any unclean or 'insanitary manner <br />or has been ordered excluded from the City of South Bend by <br />the Board of Health. <br />(f) Yi.lk or cream which is placed in containers not <br />properly washed and sterilized. <br />(g) Milk containing more than 500,000 bacteria per <br />cubic centimeter, as shown by the standard method of milk <br />analysis of the American Public Health 'Association. <br />(h) Grade "Ae Pasteurized milk or cream and any and <br />every dairy product such as cheese or butter which does not <br />come from herds having been found to be free from tuberculosis <br />and free from all other diseases. <br />(i) Milk which has had the cream line increased by an <br />artificial means. <br />(k) Pasteurized milk or cream which has not been pro- <br />perly pasteurized. <br />(1) Milk, skimmed milk or cream which has been pas- <br />teurized a second time. <br />(m) Bottled milk, skimmed milk and cream which has <br />not been bottled at the pasteurization plant <br />Section ?.
