-2- <br />be made or done in plumbing and building drainage in all <br />buildings except as otherwise provided herein, and to the <br />execution of all classes of work usually performed by <br />plumbers and drain layers. <br />Section III. The term building as herein used shall <br />be any dwelling house, hotel, factory, office building, <br />school theatre, church, hall, opera house and each store, <br />flat or separate apartment of any store, apartment or flat <br />building or any public building, restaurant, inn or barroom, <br />and any other enclosed structure. <br />Section IV. The term person, wherever used in this <br />ordinance, shall mean any individual, persons, firm, <br />partnership, corporation, or any legal entity. <br />Section V. License required to do plumbing: It shall <br />be unlawful for any person to install or repair any plumbing <br />or drainage system or any part thereof within the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, until such person shall have procured <br />a license as Journeyman or Master Plumber as hereinafter <br />provided in accordance with the requirements of this Ordi- <br />nance. <br />Section VI. It shall be unlawful for any person or <br />Journeyman plumber to engage in the business of plumbing <br />contractor until such person shall have first secured a <br />license therefor in accordance with the provisions of this <br />Ordinance. <br />Section VII. Term "Journeyman Plumber' defined: A <br />Journeyman Plumber within the meaning of this Ordinance <br />shall be any persons who shall have worked at the trade of <br />practical plumbing for a period of at least five (5) years <br />and shall have passed the examination hereinafter provided <br />for. <br />Section VIII. Any person desiring to secure a license <br />as a plumbing contractor, commonly known as a master plumber, <br />shall make application therefor upon a form to be provided <br />
