-2- be made or done in plumbing and building drainage in all buildings except as otherwise provided herein, and to the execution of all classes of work usually performed by plumbers and drain layers. Section III. The term building as herein used shall be any dwelling house, hotel, factory, office building, school theatre, church, hall, opera house and each store, flat or separate apartment of any store, apartment or flat building or any public building, restaurant, inn or barroom, and any other enclosed structure. Section IV. The term person, wherever used in this ordinance, shall mean any individual, persons, firm, partnership, corporation, or any legal entity. Section V. License required to do plumbing: It shall be unlawful for any person to install or repair any plumbing or drainage system or any part thereof within the City of South Bend, Indiana, until such person shall have procured a license as Journeyman or Master Plumber as hereinafter provided in accordance with the requirements of this Ordi- nance. Section VI. It shall be unlawful for any person or Journeyman plumber to engage in the business of plumbing contractor until such person shall have first secured a license therefor in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. Section VII. Term "Journeyman Plumber' defined: A Journeyman Plumber within the meaning of this Ordinance shall be any persons who shall have worked at the trade of practical plumbing for a period of at least five (5) years and shall have passed the examination hereinafter provided for. Section VIII. Any person desiring to secure a license as a plumbing contractor, commonly known as a master plumber, shall make application therefor upon a form to be provided
