OPENING OF PROPOSALS — COOUILLARD PRIMARY SCHOOL AND HARRISON PRIMARY SCHOOL: SAFE ROUTES TO SCIIOOL (INDOT) (LRSA) Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Proposals for the above referenced projects. Mr. Eric Horvath, Public Works Director, noted these are proposals and are based on the State criteria and would therefore not be awarded based on dollar amount, but weighed based on a different formula.
