and back pressure and air circulation assured by means of a vent or re- <br />vent pipe# Traps shall not be less than 17 gouge. <br />Building more than three stories in height shall be provided with <br />an approved method of relief vents when in the opinion of the plumbing <br />Inspector the same &re necessary# <br />Section 7$: The back vent of any fixture shall be as aloes to the <br />traps as praotioable, consistent with its location and effectiveness. <br />Section 78: Where two water closets located on the some floor, dis- <br />charge into a double sanitary T or TY in a soil or waste stack they need <br />not be revented if such fixtures do not ex6eed the three foot limit <br />without other fixtures above them. <br />Vhen two fixtures other than water closets discharge into a double <br />sanitary T or TY, and there are no other fixtures discharging above them <br />said fixtures may be revented through a common vent or revent pipe. <br />The waste of a both tub, basin, or sink may be connected to a Y or <br />TY fitting between the closet bend and the stack or wiped to the lead <br />bend, without reventing the closet bend providing there are no other fix-. <br />tares discharging above. <br />section 80: The material used for bar waste pipes shall be lead, <br />galvanized wrought iron pipe, galvanized mild steel, brass, copper pipe <br />or extra heavy cast iron pipe, the main waste to be not less then two <br />inches and the arrangement of all the plumbing in oonnection with all <br />saloon bars shall be subject to the approval of the plumbing Inspector. <br />The waste of different bar drains may empty through a single trap <br />If the some is!''iaroperly revented. <br />Section 81: No soil, waste or vent pipe extension of any new or <br />existing building shall be run or placed on the outside of a wall, but <br />shall be curried up in the inside of the roof. <br />In the event that a new building is built higher than an existing <br />building, the owner of the new building shall not locate windows within <br />twelve (12) feet of any existing vent stack in the lower building, unless <br />the owner of such now building shall himself make such alteration to aon- <br />form to this Code. <br />Section 82: Conductors shall be constructed of extra heavy seat iron <br />
