The insurance of repair and/or replacement shall not be in force on any account if the <br />charge for such insurance is delinquent for one hundred twenty days, but this shall not be <br />construed to mean that a claimant must be a water utility customer for one hundred twenty dates <br />prior to date of request for repair to be eligible for the Program. <br />Section VI. Chapter 17, Article 7, Section 17 -64, sub -part (a) shall be and hereby is <br />amended to read in its entirety as follows: <br />(a) The Rear. of ` astewat°- Commissioners Director of Public Works or designee shall <br />submit to the Common Council of the Municipal City of South Bend a financial statement of the <br />affairs of this fund on a bi -annual basis, which statement shall show the receipts for the year as <br />well as all expenditures. <br />Section V.
