SECTION 12. 1AANAGEMENT OF CA ":PSZ - <br />Each tourist camp shall be under,the direct management <br />of the owner or his agent or representative, for whose acts he or <br />they shall be fully responsible. The name of the person entrusted <br />with the direct management of a camp shall be filed for reference <br />with the Board of Health. Such person or persons must be of good <br />reputation and character, and shall satisfy the Board of Health of <br />their experience and capacity to supervise, manage, regulate, contro:. <br />and maintain good sanitary conditions in and about the camp. <br />SECTION 13. BUSINESS OFFICE. <br />Each tourist camp shall be provided with a building to be <br />known as the office in which shall be kept copies of all records <br />pertaining to the management and supervision of the court, and such <br />records to be available for inspection by the Board of Health and <br />any police officer of the city. <br />SECTION 14. REGISTER FOR GUESTS. <br />It shall be the duty of the owner, his agent, representa- <br />tive or manager to keep a register of all persons accomodated in <br />the camp, said register to include the names of all persons, their <br />home address es, the number and descriptl.on of their automobiles <br />or other vehicles, and duration of stay. <br />SECTION 15. RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR CL-:.:PS. <br />It shall be the duty of the owner, his agent, representa- <br />tive or manager to prescribe rules and regulations for the manage- <br />ment of the camp to make adequate provisions for the enforcement of <br />such rules; and to subscribe to any and all subsequent rules and <br />regulations which may be adopted for the management of such camp. <br />Copies of all such rules and regulations to be furnished the Board <br />of Health. That in addition thcroto it shall be the duty of the <br />owner, his agent, representative or manager to comply strictly with <br />the following: <br />(a) Provide for regular inspection of the water and <br />sanitary conveniences. <br />(b) Provide for the collection and removal of garbage and <br />other waste material. <br />- 7 <br />
