case closer than five (5) feet to such street or property line. <br />SECTION 10, DRIVEWAYS. <br />Driveways shall be provided in each camp, and same shall <br />'ye not less than eighteen (18) feet in width, well marked in the <br />daytime, and well lighted at night, and said driveways to be so <br />located that each unit of the camp is easily accessible. All en- <br />trances and exits from the camp shall be well marked, and so arrange ,' <br />that they may be easily controlled and supervised. <br />SECTION 11. PLUMBING,, <br />Each tourist camp shall comply with the building, sanitary, <br />plumbing and all other ordinances of the City, and requirements of <br />the Board of health, and provide at the locations hereinafter de- <br />fined the following; <br />(a) One w ater - flushed toilet for each sex for each twelve <br />units or fraction thereof. <br />(b) Each toilet room provided for men shall have in <br />addition one water- flushed urinal stall for each twelve units or <br />fraction thereof. <br />7 <br />(c) Each toilet room shall be provided with one lavatory <br />or washbasin for each twelve units or fraction thereof. <br />(d) One shower bath or bathtub shall be provided for each <br />sex for each twelve units or fraction thereof. <br />(e) All toilets, basins, showers and bathtubs shall be <br />placed in properly constructed buildings located not more than <br />three hundred (300) feet from each cottage or house car site. <br />(f) Buildings s'zall be well lighted at all times, day or <br />night, well ventilated with screened openings, which screen shall <br />be of not less than fourteen (14) meshes to the square inch; and <br />said building so constructed to be of such moisture proof material <br />as shall permit rapid and satisfactory cleaning, scouring and wash- <br />ing. <br />(g) The floor shall be of concrete or similar material, <br />elevated not less than four inches above grade, and each room pro- <br />vided with floor drains. <br />- 6 - <br />
