any year not later than the 1st day of March of any year, such fee to <br />cover the fiscal year. The fees shall be paid to the City Controller <br />who shall issue a receipt therefor on a form to be prepared by him <br />for that purpose. <br />SECTION 21. GENERAL PROVISIONS FIXING PENALTY. <br />Any person, firm, corporation, association, partnership or <br />-iociety violating any provision of this Ordinance shall be deemed <br />U-uilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishe(t <br />b* a fine of not less than x,5.00 nor more than $100.00 and every day <br />such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. <br />SECTION 22. ORDINANCE SUPP LRIT MARY TO STATE LAWS. <br />This ordinance is sup,)lementary to Chapter 214 of the Acts <br />of 1935 of the Legislature of the State of Indiana, and any other <br />state laws applicable to tourist camps. <br />SECTION 23, SAVING CLAUSE. <br />If any section or provision of any section of this ordinance <br />shall be held to be void, ineffective or unconstitutional, the hold- <br />ing of any such section or provision of any such section to be void, <br />ineffective or unconstitutional for any cause whatsoever, shall not <br />affect the validity of the remaining sections and provisions of this <br />ordinance, <br />SECTION 24. ORDINANCES REPEALED. <br />All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith <br />shall be and are hereby repealed, except that the Zoning Ordinance, <br />Building Code and amendments thereto, shall continue in full force <br />and effect except as herein otherwise stated. <br />SECTION 25. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage by the Common Council, its publication and its <br />approval by the Mayor, <br />101;2nd FEjU1R, /— 77—W <br />"017TEE OF THE WHOLE /'O — <br />Nate "Awn a - <br />
