No camp fires will be permitted <br />under any circumstances. <br />(b) Gasoline or inflammable fluid shall never be placed or <br />scored on any unit in a tourist camp or contained or stored in any <br />cottage or house car located on any such unit; excepting, however, <br />ere may be kept in a cottage or house car a sufficient amount of <br />?asoline or inflammabl.e fluid for domestic use; but the quantity so <br />kept shall not exceed three gallonsi <br />a <br />(c) All camps shall be equipped with t?qa@gme gallon <br />soda -acid extinguishers, one for each four units] or fraction thereof, <br />and same to be placed on or near the units to be served. <br />SECTION 3.8. ENTRANCES TO CA1 P <br />Each tourist camp shall clearly indicate one or more en- <br />trances and exits, the use of which shall be enforced. Where it is <br />established by complaint of any adjoining property owner that his or <br />her property is being trespassed upon by the owner or guests of any <br />camp, it shall be the duty of the owner, his agent, representative <br />or manager to provide a fence or other effective barrier to insure <br />owner of adjoining property protection against trespassing. <br />SECTION 19. CITY CONTROLLER. <br />After the Board of Health has approved application and plans <br />for a tourist camp, the City Controller shall issue to said applicant <br />for license, a license or renewal thereof to operate such camp upon <br />payment by said applicant of the license and inspection foe herein- <br />after provided for, <br />SECTION 20. LICENSE AND INSPECTION FEE. <br />In order to defray a part of the expense necessary to pro- <br />vide supervision and inspection under the terms and provisions of <br />this ordinance, there is hereby levied a license and an inspection <br />foe of $10.00 per annum for each camp having only two units, but <br />should there be more than two units in a camp, then, and in that <br />cvent, there shall be added to said foe of $10.00 the additional <br />aum of $1.00 for each and every additional unit in excess of two, <br />which fee shall be collected from the person operating such camp by <br />the City Controller before said license or renewal thereof is issued <br />to said person to so operate.
