ORDINANCE NO. 33 �Z� Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. That a Contract entered into by and between the Board of Public works and Safety, City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 9th day of September, 1940, by the terms of which the Independent Concrete Pipe Corporation, Incorporated, agrees to furnish the City One Hundred Forty (140) Feet, more or less, of 36" Reinforced Concrete Pipe, American Society Testing Materials specifications C 76 - Table 1, at a price of Two & 65/100 (;2.65) Dollars per foot, and Eleven Hundred Sixty (1160) Feet, more or less, of 36" Reinforced Concrete Pipe, American society Testing Materials specifications C 76 - Table 2, at a price of Two & 85/100 0;"2.85) Dollars per foot, a copy of which contract is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A ". Be and the sane is hereby in all dzings confirmed, ratified and approved. SECTION II.
