- 2 - <br />All of the City of South Bendts right, title and inter- <br />est in and to Barrett Law Bonds and Coupons issued pur- <br />suant to Resolution No. 1466 providing for Angella <br />Avenue Grade, Curb and Walk from alley west of Iroquois <br />Street to the St. Joseph River; Marquette Avenue from <br />Parkovash Avenue to Angella Avenue and Ostemo Avenue <br />from East lire of Lot 81 North Shore Terrace Addition to <br />Marquette Avenue being Assessment.Roll No. 1911. <br />2. That the proper City sztlorities be, and the same <br />are hereby authorized to sell, assign, transfer and convey, all <br />the right, title and interest of said City in and to any assess- <br />ments levied on account of the foregoing Bonds and Coupons in <br />accordance with statutory requirements. <br />3.
