AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE APPRAISAL AND SALE OF CERTAIN BARRETT LAW BONDS AND COUPONS AND THE INTEREST OF THE CITY WITH RESPECT THERETO ISSUED BY SAID CITY IN CONNECTION WITH IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTIONS NOS. 15300 12300 1233, 12803 1397, 1480, 1505 and 1466. BE IT ORDAINED: By the Common Council of the City of South Bend, that: 1. The Judge of St. Joseph Circuit Court be requested to appoint appraisers to appraise the following: Barrett Law bonds and coupons owned by the City of South Bend issued pursuant to Resolution 1530 providing for North Shore Drive, Parkovash, Marquette, Angella and Ostemo Avenues, Mexican Sheet Asphalt Pavement, being all of the city's right, title and interest in and to Assessment Roll No. 1851. All of the City of South Bend's right, title and interest in and to Barrett Law. Bonds and Coupons issued pursuant to Resolution No. 1230 providing for North Shore Drive, Marquette Avenue and Parkovash Avenue Grade, Curb and Walk, being Assessment Roll No. 1554. All of the City, of South Bend's right, title and inter- est in and to Barrett Law Bonds and Coupons issued pur- suant to Resolution No. 1233 providing for North Shore Drive Sewer, being assessment Roll No. 1597. All of the City of South Bend's right, title and interest in and to Barrett Law Bonds and Coupons issued pursuant to Resolution No. 1280 providing for Angella Avenue Grade Curb and Cement Walk, being Assessment Roll No. 1596. All of the City of South Bend's right, title and interest in and to Barrett Law Bonds and Coupons issued pursuant to Resolution No..1397 providing for Pipe Sewer in Ang- ella Avenue from St. Joseph River to Iroquois, etc. and. being Assessment Roll No. 1766. All of the City of South Bend's right, title and interest in and to Barrett Law Bonds and Coupons issued pursuant to Resolution No. 1480 providing for Angella, Marquette and Ostemo Avenues Grade, Curb and Walk and being Assess- ment Roll No. 1866. All of the City of South Bend's right, title and interest in and to Barrett Law Bonds and Coupons issued pursuant to Resolution No. 1505 providing for Angella.. Ostemo and Parkovash Avenues, North Shore Drive and Marquette Avenue Water Mains and being Assessment Roll No. 1817.
