signs shall continue to govern parking time in designated <br />places, parking prohibited in designated places and stops for <br />preferential streets until changesa re made under authority <br />of the Board of Public Works and Safety or of the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend as hereinabove provided. <br />SECTION III. Section 72 of Article V is hereby <br />stricken and repealed, <br />SECTION IV.
