<br />AWARD BID — THIRTY-NINE (39)MORE OR LESS 2015 OR NEWER ALL WHEEL
<br />DRIVE POLICE PATROL VEHICLES (POLICE DEPARTMENT CAPITAL LEASE
<br />PRINCIPAL & INTEREST)
<br />Mr. Jeff Hudak, Central Services, advised the Board that on April 14, 2015, bids were received
<br />and opened for the above referenced vehicles. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Hudak
<br />recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder
<br />Jordan Motors, Inc., 609 East Jefferson Boulevard, Mishawaka, Indiana 46545 in the unit
<br />amount of S23,742.00 for the Base Bid. Therefore, Ms. Roos made a motion that the
<br />recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above. Mr. Relos seconded the _
<br />motion, which carried.
<br />AWARD QUOTATION — WALNUT GROVE TRAFFIC CALMING —PROJECT NO 110-008
<br />(LRSA)
<br />Mr. Roger Nawrot, Engineering, advised the Board that on April 23, 2015, quotations were
<br />received and opened for the above referenced project. After reviewing those quotations, Mr.
<br />Nawrot recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible
<br />bidder, Michiana Contracting, Inc., 7843 Lilac Rd., Plymouth, Indiana 46563, in the amount of
<br />$22,400.00 for the Base Quote only. Therefore, Ms. Roos made a motion that the
<br />recommendation be accepted and the quotation be awarded as outlined above. Mr. Relos
<br />seconded the motion, which carried.
<br />APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS — ONE (I) OR
<br />MORE, 2015 OR NEWER 3'/z TON UTILITY TRUCK WITH CRANE (WATER WORKS
<br />CAPITAL)
<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Jeffrey Hudak, Central Services, requested permission to
<br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referenced equipment. Therefore, upon a motion
<br />made by Ms. Roos, seconded by Mr. Relos and carried, the above request was approved.
<br />APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS — 2015 STREET
<br />AND SEWER MATERIALS — PROJECT NO 114-041 (LRSA MOTOR VEHICLE
<br />HIGHWAY. SEWAGE OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE SEWER INSURANCE AND
<br />WATER WORKS OPERATIONS)
<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Pete Kaminski, Streets, requested permission to advertise
<br />for the receipt of bids for the above referenced materials. Therefore, upon a motion made by Ms.
<br />Roos, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the above request was approved.
<br />APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS — 2015
<br />JANITORIAL/CLEANING SUPPLIES (VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OPERATIONS AND
<br />SUPPLIES)
<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Ms. Toni Laisure, Central Services, requested permission to
<br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referenced supplies. Therefore, upon a motion
<br />made by Ms. Roos, seconded by Mr. Relos and carried, the above request was approved.
<br />APPROVE INDOT TITLE SHEET — HARRISON PRIMARY CENTER SAFE ROUTES TO
<br />SCHOOL
<br />Mr. Gilot advised that the INDOT Title Sheet for the above referenced project was being
<br />presentedat this time for execution. Upon a motion made by Ms. Roos, seconded by Mr. Relos
<br />and carried, the above referenced Title Sheet was approved and signed.
<br />APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS — HILL STREET
<br />IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE II — PROJECT NO 113-024A (RWDA TIF)
<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Roger Nawrot, Engineering, requested permission to —
