Herbert R. Garn, all of the right, title and interest of said <br />City of South Bend in and to the bonds, coupons and /or assessments <br />issued or levied pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. <br />1330 of the Board of Public Works dated September 2, 1925, and being <br />Improvement Roll No, 1816, Lincoln Way East widening and sheet <br />asphalt pavement, for not less than the full appraised value thereof, <br />as reported by the appraisers appointed by the Judge of the St. <br />Joseph Circuit Court, pursuant hereto; and the Mayor is hereby <br />ordered, directed and authorized to execute and deliver to said <br />Herbert R.
