Ic a Z/o .5- AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF ALL OF THE RIGHT, TITLE, AND INTEREST OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, IN AND TO ANY BONDS, COUPONS$ AND /OR ASSESSMENTS HERETOFORE ISSUED UNDER IMPROVEMENT RESOLA LUTION N0. 3.330,.APPROVED SEPTEMBER 2, 1925, COVERING ASSESSMENT ROLL NO. 1816, LINCOLN WAY EAST WIDENING AND SHEET ASPHALT PAVE- MENT. WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, by virtue of the judgment and decree of the St. Joseph Superior Court No. 2 in the case of Read et al., vs. BeczkLewicz, et al, being Cause No. 54558, is the owner of certain right, title, and interest in and to cer- tain improvement bonds and coupons and assessments in Improvement Roll No. 1816, Lincoln Way East widening and sheet asphalt pave- went, which said bonds and coupons were issued and said assessments were levied pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 1330 of the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend on the 2nd day of September, 1925, and WHEREAS, one Herbert R. Garn, has offered to pur- chase all of the right, title and interest of said city in and to said bonds, coupons and assessments; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the Judge of the Circuit Court of St. Joseph County is hereby requested to appoint three disinterested freeholders of this city for the appraisement of the right, title and interest of the city in and to the bonds, coupons and /or assessments of the Improvement Roll No. 1816, issued pur- suant to Resolution No. 3.330 of the Board of Public Works on the 2nd day of September, 1925, now owned by the City of South Bend, Indiana. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the City of South Bend, sell, assign, transfer and set over by proper instrument of assignment to
