Adler Voluntary Annexation Area - Fiscal Plan S <br />Table 2, in the Appendix, shows representative tax rate information as published by the St. Joseph <br />County Auditor. <br />I. Assessments <br />The total assessment for both parcels is $6,400.00, based on 1996 payable 1997 tax records. <br />I Councilmanic District <br />The Annexation Area will be in City Councilmanic District 4. <br />K. Comparable Area <br />The comparable area is located on the north side of Edison Road, approximately 280 feet west of <br />Crestwood Blvd. The comparable area is comparable to the Annexation Area in terms of its <br />topography, patterns of land use, and population density. <br />Annexation Area <br />Topography: <br />Flat <br />Land Use: <br />One residence <br />Zoning: <br />"R "Residential <br />Density: <br />2.5 persons /acre <br />Comparable Area <br />Flat <br />One residence <br />"A" Residential <br />2.5 persons /acre <br />The City will provide services to the Annexation Area in a manner equivalent in standard and <br />scope to those provided within the comparable area. <br />L. Hiring Plan <br />It is anticipated that this annexation will not result in the elimination of jobs for employees of any <br />other governmental entities. <br />
