Adler Voluntary Annexation Area - Fiscal Plan S <br />Table 2, in the Appendix, shows representative tax rate information as published by the St. Joseph <br />County Auditor. <br />I. Assessments <br />The total assessment for both parcels is $6,400.00, based on 1996 payable 1997 tax records. <br />I Councilmanic District <br />The Annexation Area will be in City Councilmanic District 4. <br />K.
