Section 1. The amount of $P2,562.75 be, and the same is hereby, <br />transferred from the general fund of the City of South Bend, . ?449.04 of said <br />amount to 1945 Budgetary Account 1tio. Pll, $449.04 of said amount to 1945 <br />Budgetary Account No. Q113 X91,664.67 of said amount to 1945 Budgetary Account <br />ho. i'F11, being respectively tine budgetary items providing for the payment of <br />salaries of the Chief of Police, Chief of the mire Department and Secretary of <br />and <br />the Board of Health of the City of South Bend, Indiana, /for such uses and <br />purposes as are herein provided. <br />Section 2. Because of the statutory provisions referred to above <br />an emergency exists. <br />Section 3. The disapproval of any one or more of the budgetary <br />transfers and appropriations for ;which provision is made in this ordinance shall <br />not affect the validity of any other budgetary transfer or appropriation herein' <br />made if approved. <br />Section 4.
