FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN WELL HOUSES. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that: 1. The contract made and entered into by and between the Board of Water Works Commissioners in the City of South Bend, Indiana, and Thomas L. Hickey, Inc., for the Construction of two well houses, be and the same as hereby approved and confirmed, in accordance with a copy which is attached hereto and made'a part of this Ordinance. 2.. This Ordinance shall be in full force and in effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and its approval by the Mayor.
