Kenmore Street. Also attached is a copy of the <br />petition, Statement of Benefits form, and supporting information. <br />The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioner, Elkhart <br />Plastics proposes to increase office space by 6,500 square feet and remodel an existing 3,700 square <br />feet.
