<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Henthom and carried, the above bids were
<br />referred to Environmental Services for review and recommendation,
<br />AWARD BID — 2015 TRUCKING OF BELT PRESSED BIO- SOLIDS FOR LAND
<br />APPLICATION (ORGANIC RESOURCES. CON'T'RACTUAL SERV10ESl
<br />Mr. Jacob Klosinski, Environmental Services, advised the Board that on February 24, 2015, bids
<br />were received and opened for the above referenced project. After reviewing those bids,. Mr.
<br />Klosinski recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and
<br />responsible bidder, Trucks R Us, Inc., 23942 State Road 2, South Bend, Indiana in the amount of
<br />585.00 unit price per truck, per hour, not to exceed $163,040. Therefore, Mr. Relos made a
<br />motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above. Mr.
<br />Henthom seconded the motion, which carried.
<br />Mr. Michael Carey, Engineering, advised the Board that on February 24, 2015, bids were
<br />received and opened for the above referenced project. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Carey
<br />recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder
<br />RCRA, Inc. dba Earth Services, 10903 Prestwick Drive, Benton, Illinois in the amount of
