- z - <br />After hearing all taxpayers desiring to be heard on said ordinance <br />Councilman Alvin Kemper moved that Ordinance No. 3816 be read a third <br />time in full and placed upon its final passage. This motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Cloyd Bestle and unanimously carried. <br />The Clerk then read Ordinance No. 3516 in full and Councilman Alvin Kemper <br />moved that the ordinance be adopted as read. This motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Cloyd Bestle and on ca-11 of the roll was passed <br />on the following votes: <br />Ayes: Councilmen Clem Niezgodski, Stanley Korpala Albert Tellson' <br />Cloyd Bestle, Walter Glass,, Alvin Kemper and Walter Erler• <br />Nays: None <br />The presiding officer declared said ordinance to have been duly passed <br />and adopted. <br />. . . . . . . . . . . .
