That he owns the following described real estate <br />situate in St.Joseph County, State of Indiana, which is now zoned <br />and classified under the zoning ordinance of the said City of <br />South Bend, being known as ordinance No. 3702, as amended June <br />13, 1949, as C- -1 Commercial district and D Height and Area Distric, <br />towit: <br />A parcel of land described as beginning 184.5 <br />feet South of the North one quarter corner of <br />Section 8, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, being <br />a point on the South line of U. S. Highway No. 20, <br />thence South a distance of 165 feet, thence East <br />a distance of 192 feet, thence North a distance <br />of 165 feet more or less to a point on the South <br />line of said highway, thence West along the South <br />line of said highway to the place of beginning. <br />2. That he also owns the following described real estat4 <br />in said County, adjoining the above described real estate on the <br />south and east, which is now zoned and classified under said <br />ordinance as A kesidential District and A Height and Area District <br />towit: <br />A parcel of land described as beginning 349.5 feet <br />South of the North one quarter corner of Section 8, <br />Township 37 North, Range 3 East, thence South a <br />distance of 106 feet, thence east a distance of <br />232 feet, thence North a distance of 263.85 feet <br />more or less to a point on the South line of said <br />U. S. Highway No. 20, thence West along the South <br />line of said highway a distance of 40 feet, thence <br />South a distance of 165 feet, thence West a distance <br />of 192 feet to the place of beginning. <br />3. Attached hereto and made a part hereof is a plat of <br />all the real estate above described, indicating the portion <br />now zoned as C -1 Commercial by the designation "Area C -1 ;', and the <br />portion thereof now zoned as A Residential by the designation <br />"Area All <br />
