REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 17.2014 96 <br />pay. He noted there are additional charges to be heard on February 9, 2015. Also, Officer Stilp is <br />currently on leave with pay that will overlap the other charges. He stated he is requesting to delay the <br />Board's determination until his current leave is over. Attorney Tasha Outlaw stated the effective <br />dates will be determined by the Chief of Police and they have not yet been set. She added Mr. <br />Grime's comments will be duly noted and taken into consideration. Ms. Vasquez added both leaves <br />are subject to the Chief s determination. Attorney Grimes stated this raises further objection to the <br />ninety (90) days without pay leave and questioned whether the current leave continues with pay. <br />President Vasquez stated he is currently on administrative leave with pay until such time Chief <br />Teachman determines what date Officer Stilp will be suspended without pay. Mr. Collins stated the <br />Hearing has been set for February 9, 2015. He suggested these issues will be determined at that time, <br />but once the Chief sets the date of the ninety (90) day suspension, the administrative leave with pay <br />becomes null and void. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no furtherbusiness to come before the Board, upon amotion by Mr. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Taylor and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:28 a.m. <br />PUBLIC <br />Laura A.
