0 <br />and recommended that said ordinance be passed as introduced. <br />The presiding officer then announced that the Council was ready to <br />hear all taxpayers interested on the question of the necessity for the <br />appropriation provided for in said ordinanca. <br />After hearing all taxpayers desiring to be heard on said ordinance <br />Councilman Korpal moved that Ordinance No. 3661 be read a third <br />time in full and placed upon its final passage. This motion was seconded <br />by Councilman Tellson and unanimously carried. <br />The Clerk then read Ordinance No. 3661 in full and Councilman <br />Korpal moved that the ordinance be adopted as read. This motion <br />was seconded by Councilman <br />passed on the following vote: <br />Tellson and on call of the roll was <br />Ayes: Councilmen Clem Niezgodski, Stanley Korpal, Albert Tellson, <br />Cloyd Beetle, Walter Glass, Alvin Kemper, Walter Erler and <br />Chester Mnezynski <br />Nays: <br />The presiding officer declared said ordinance to have been duly passed <br />and adopted. <br />(Other business) <br />There being no further business presented, on motion duly made, <br />seconded and unanimously carried, the meeting thereupon adjourned. <br />2 ?
