In the <br />"C -1" Commercial District buildings or premises may be used <br />and buildings may be erected or structurally altered, for the <br />I <br />ollowing uses only: <br />(1) Any use permitted in the "B" use district exce <br />one and two family houses. <br />(2) Antique and gift shops <br />(3) Barber Shop <br />(4) Beauty Shop <br />(5) Book and stationary shop <br />(6) Clothing and apparel stores <br />(7) Confectionery store <br />(8) Drug store <br />(9) Florist shop <br />(10) Grocery and food stores <br />( 11) Lunch room <br />(12) Office Building <br />(13) Buildings that are accessory to uses permitted <br />in this district. <br />(14) Uses which are uncertain in their classificati <br />under the foregoing headings shall be reviewed <br />by the Board of 'Zoning Appeals and the inter- <br />pretation of said Board shall govern. <br />Sect -ion 3. That there be, and hereby is added to said <br />Ordinance No. 3702, a new Section, to be 'known as Section 1117 -A" <br />and the same is to read as follows: <br />Section "17 -A" The provisions in this Ordinance <br />regulating the use of lands, buildings, and occupancies shall <br />not apply to lands, buildings and occupancies which are <br />pucl_cly owned and involve publ_c health, welfare or safei;y. <br />Section 4.
