Public Hearings <br /> i <br /> (3) Consideration of Resolution No. 3234 appropriating tax increment financing <br /> revenues from Allocation Area No. lA Fund for the payment of certain obligations <br /> and expenses related to the South Bend Central Development Allocation Area No. lA <br /> Ms. Leonard-Inks noted that Resolution No. 3234 appropriates $4,344,202.00 from Fund <br /> 420 for the South Bend Central Development Area. <br /> 1 <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Ms. Schey and unanimously carried, the <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 3234. <br /> (4) Consideration of Resolution No. 3235 appropriating tax increment financing <br /> revenues from Allocation Area Fund for the payment of certain obligations and <br /> expenses related to the West Washington-Chapin Development Area. <br /> Ms. Leonard-Inks noted that Resolution No. 3235 appropriates $722,000.00 from Fund <br /> 422 for the West Washington-Chapin Development Area. <br /> a <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Ms. Schey and unanimously carried, the <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 3235. <br /> (5) Consideration of Resolution No. 3236 appropriating tax increment financing <br /> revenues from Allocation Area No. lA Fund for the payment of certain obligations <br /> and expenses related to the Downtown Medical Services District. <br /> Ms. Leonard-Inks noted that Resolution No. 3236 appropriates $1,610,908.00 from Fund <br /> 426 for the Downtown Medical Services District. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Ms. Schey and unanimously carried, the <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 3236. <br /> (6) Consideration of Resolution No. 3237 appropriating tax increment financing <br /> revenues from Allocation Area Fund for the payment of certain obligations and <br /> expenses related to the Northeast Neighborhood Development Area Allocation Area. <br /> Ms. Leonard-Inks noted that Resolution No. 3237 appropriates $1,252,000.00 from Fund <br /> 429 for the Northeast Neighborhood Development Area Allocation Area. <br />) Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded 7y Ms. Schey and unanimously carried, the <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 3237. <br /> i <br /> I <br /> i <br /> 5 <br />
