She suggested that it would be best to not put that name into the record at <br /> this point. <br /> Upon a motion by Ms. Schey, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br /> Commission referred the bids to staff and legal counsel for review and report at a later <br /> meeting. <br /> B. Public Hearings <br /> (1) Public Hearing on Resolutions No. 3233, 3234,3235, 3236,3237, 3238,3239, 3240, <br /> 3241, 3242,3243,3244,3245, 3246 and 3247 (Appropriations for Redevelopment <br /> controlled funds) <br /> Ms. Jones noted that this is one public hearing on all the appropriation resolutions <br /> presented today, including for each of the Tax Increment Finance areas, the AEDA and <br /> 1 SBCDA bond funds, Redevelopment Retail, Redevelopment General Fund, Blackthorn <br /> Golf Course, and the Certified Tech Park fund. <br /> Mr. Relos noted that the Public Hearing file is complete, containing a copy of Resolution <br /> No. 3232 setting the Public Hearing for today, a copy of the Notice of Hearing, a copy of <br /> jeach of the resolutions, an affidavit from Kim Wilson of the South Bend Tribune and from <br />/ Jason Jolly of the Tri-County News that the Notice of Hearing was published in those <br /> A <br /> newspapers on September 26, 2014. <br /> Mr. Wruble joined the meeting. <br /> Ms. Jones opened the Public Hearing for whoever wished to speak for or against any of <br /> these resolutions. There was no one who wished to be heard. Ms. Jones closed the Public <br /> I Hearing for whatever action the Commission wished to take on each resolution. <br />/ (2) Consideration of Resolution No. 3233 appropriating tax increment financing <br /> i revenues from Allocation Area No. 1 Fund for the payment of certain obligations and <br /> expenses related to the Airport Economic Development Area Allocation Area No. 1 <br /> Ms. Leonard-Inks noted that Resolution No. 3233 appropriates $18,849,215.00 from Fund <br /> 1 324 for the Airport Economic Development Area. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Ms. Schey and unanimously carried, the <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 3233. <br /> 4 <br /> 1 <br /> I <br /> 9 <br />
