1. Following the completion of the actions required by the Act to confirm the <br /> declaratory resolutions referenced herein, the Commission hereby directs the Department staff to <br /> prepare and present to the Commission for its consideration the NNDA Plan Amendment and the <br /> AEDA Plan Amendment. The Department staff is further directed to prepare and present to the <br /> Commission an amendment to the SSDA Plan if the Department staff deems it necessary or <br /> appropriate. <br /> 2.
