2.0 Artwork Production Phase Based on the selected identity design,RLR will prepare detailed artwork of the identity. We will generate digital files of the identity for use in the production of finished graphics. Artwork production involves specifying,keyboarding and arranging typography for use in the identity. (Type fonts used may require use licenses—refer to expenses.)Prepare final art of the identity in black&white and color suitable for formal trademark registration by others. 3.0 Identity Documentation RLR Associates will develop an updatable Guide that presents specifications and standards for use of the newly established corporate identity. The Guide will display the official graphics,symbols and typography in the appropriate size, scale, color and finish for use on visual and marketing tools. The Guide will also illustrate approved use of the identity on select communications materials and merchandise(designed under separate agreement),i.e.,letterhead,publications,promotional products,event banners,etc. Deliverables: Conceptual Design–Provide a design rationale for discussion.Present 3-4 visual identity concepts on boards and in pdf format. Digital Artwork Files–Produce artwork in various formats(i.e., eps,jpg,png)suitable for application and reproduction.Provide a CD with high-and low-resolution digital art in various sizes for print,web and large format output. Identity Style Guide-Generate multi-page document(8 1/2"x 11")with drawings and written specifications illustrating the appropriate use of the identity.Provide the Guide in a digital format(pdf)along with one bound color laser copy. Meetings: Participate in or conduct progress meetings and presentations throughout the duration of the project. Specifically,we anticipate 1 leadership/stakeholder work session,and 2 review/presentation meetings. ACTIVITY –Site Identity&Wayfmding Signage Scope of Work-RLR will develop a system of exterior site signs that inform and direct visitors and users of Ignition Park. The sign system may include monumental and site identification signs,wayfinding& directional signs,boundary/perimeter markers,historic&landmark identification,and celebratory/event banners. We will specify finish materials,method of attachment, and messages for these sign devices. RLR will develop a campus-style program with consideration to vehicular and pedestrian access points. Our work will become the"design vocabulary"for signage--with logos,typography,color,and art elements that complement the architectural features of IP. Scope of Services-The above Scope of Work will be performed in the following customary architectural design phases.Each phase will proceed based on IP/architect input and approval.
