OF SOUTH BEND <br />INDIATTA, THE SUI_r OF SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY <br />TWO DOLLARS AND NINETY CENTS ($61852.90) TO DIVERS <br />ACCOUNTS OF ME 1950 BUDGET, AND DECLARING AN EXTRA- <br />ORDINARY EIERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAIA]ED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1. That the appointment of three addi- <br />tional Inspectors in the following departments, to -wit: <br />Engineering, Building, and Health, and an additional <br />assistant Superintendent in the Electrical Department, <br />and a Clerk in the Building Department, be, and the <br />same is hereby authorized. <br />Section 2. That the annual salaries of said <br />additional Inspectors, of said assistant Superintendent <br />and of said Clerk shall be as follows: <br />Engineering Department: Inspector 33,194.40 <br />Building Department: Electrical <br />Building Department: Clerkpector 821874.96 <br />$1,920.00 <br />E <br />lectrieal Department: Assistant <br />Superintendent $3,660.25 <br />Health Department: Plumbing <br />Inspector W3, 115.00 <br />which salaries shall be paid at such times as other <br />salaries are paid. <br />Section 3.
