1-4 <br />ORDINANCE NO. h�o All <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS <br />32 3A and 4 OF ORDINANCE NO. <br />37020 AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN . <br />AS TEE ZONING.ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the civil City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />that: <br />Section I: Sections 3, 3A and 4 of Ordinance No. 3702, as amended, and <br />commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana are <br />hereby amended by the addition of the following prohibition: <br />No tractor - trailer combination <br />vehicle or detached trailer in ex- <br />cess of two tons capacity may be <br />parked upon any land or premises <br />in Class "A ", Class "A -1" and Class <br />"B" residence districts in the City <br />of.South Bend. <br />Section II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its adoption, approval by the Mayor and legal publication, <br />IN <br />L <br />O *TrEE O?
