PARCEL II <br />Description of a parcel of land located in <br />the Northwest One Quarter (1/4) of Section <br />Twenty -six (26), Township Thirty -eight (T 38 N) <br />North, Range Two (R 2 E) East, St. Joseph County, <br />Indiana, noted as Parcel II, and further de- <br />scribed as follows: Commencing at a point <br />three thousand eight hundred nineteen (3,8191) <br />feet East of the Southwest corner of the Southeast <br />One Quarter (1/4) of Section Twenty -two (22), <br />Township Thirty -eight (T 38 N) North, Range Two <br />(R 2 E) East, and further described as being <br />located on the North line of Section Twenty -six <br />(26) sixty -five and twenty -nine hundredths <br />(65.291) feet East of the centerline of Riverside <br />Drive; -said point being an iron pipe driven in <br />the ground; thence continuing East ten and <br />nineteen hundredths (10.191) feet along the <br />North line of Section Twenty -six (26), thence <br />turning a deflection angle of eighty -three <br />degrees, thirty -tiro minutes (83 0321) right and <br />running South six degrees, twenty -eight minutes <br />(S 60281E) East, a distance of twenty -one and <br />ninety -four hundredths (21.9_') feet to the <br />point of beginning; thence running North eighty - <br />nine degrees, forty -eight minutes and fifty -four <br />seconds (N 89 °48154" E) East, a distance of six <br />hundred ninety -six and sixty -two hundredths <br />(696.621) feet; thence running South eight <br />degrees, fifteen minutes (S 8 0151 W) West, a <br />distance of three hundred forty -one and seven <br />t.e nths (341.701) feet, thence running South <br />eighty -nine degrees, forty eight minutes and <br />fifty -four seconds (S 89 °4815411 W) West, a <br />distance of six hundred nine and twenty -nine <br />hundredths (609.291) feet, thence running North <br />six degrees, twenty -eight minutes (N 6 0281 W) <br />West, parallel to and seventy -five (751) feet <br />easterly from the centerline of Riverside Drive, <br />measured at a right angle to the centerline of <br />Riverside Drive, a distance of three hundred <br />forty and four hundredths (310.041) feet to the <br />place of beginning.
